Thank you for visiting my site! I would like to share a few things with you about myself, my teachings, meditations and retreats.

Back in 1995 I started feeling what I can only describe as a restlessness inside. I was content with my personal life and felt that I had a good balance with family, work and activities. I went to a local "new age" bookstore and was overwhelmed with everything they had so I picked up a magazine and left. When I was leafing through the magazine, I came upon an article on Reiki which I read. I was totally fascinated by this and had to find out more. Once I located a Reiki Master in my area, I signed up for my level 1 class. Well, Reiki is a healing modality and what I didn't know was that Reiki is also a "key" that opens you up to a higher level of awareness and understanding. During my first attunement I had a mystical experience that started me on my path of self discovery and truths.

Over the next few years I continued with Reiki, setting up a practice, participating in a research study at a major hospital and teaching classes monthly. I found that my teachings evolved as I continued to grow. During a family vacation in Hawaii, we had a pod of 7 Spinner dolphins swim close to us for a long time. They would surface, circle around us looking into our eyes and then dive deep for a few minutes only to return and continue circling us again. Looking into the eye's of the wild Spinner dolphins touched my heart and moved me in ways that were profound. After returning home, I found that they would come to me in dreams, during guided meditations, in my healing sessions and also in my teachings. After several other encounters with free dolphins, a teaching came to me about awakening to your truth! I eventually added this to my Reiki classes and continue to share this with all of my students to this day.

As life continued to evolve and the illusion fade away, I knew I had to help others awaken to their truths, just like the dolphins did for me. I hold Reiki Healing Circles monthly and always bring through Guided Meditations, which I began to record professionally. I added music and sounds by musician Steve Kornicki along with my words to create the balance needed for clearing and healing. To complete the work, I asked visionary artist Eva Sakmar Sullivan to create a painting for my CD covers that one could use as a visual during the meditation. I continue to bring through meditations at my Reiki exchanges and now offer Meditation Circles monthly for those wanting to be lifted into that higher space of awareness and clearing.

For the past five years, I have been facilitating Retreats to Bimini in the Bahamas and the Big Island in Hawaii. We swim with wild dolphins and open our hearts as we move past the illusion of our day to day lives. Profound changes are felt by many as we connect to ourselves, our truths, and recognize that we are our own creators as we bring heaven to earth. I will help you awaken to your truth through my teachings, meditations and retreats.....as we all become part of the ONE.
